Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 7 business days or longer for limited-edition products. Please always check the specific product page and if you would like to ask for an urgent delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are always happy to assist you. To ensure the health and safety of our staff and supply chain, please anticipate longer fulfilment times especially during COVID restrictions.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Returns Policy

Team Ikuzawa aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund.

 To make a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
  • The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
  • Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
  • Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using store credit. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
